Responding to Covid-19



Over the past month, we have seen our customers who have an online presence via Website or Amazon struggle with large increases in orders. These orders will contain repeat products that would have to be handled on an 'order by order' process. We have now introduced tools to batch orders and alike products for you to allocate stock, and pre-print courier labels containing the product code, simply match up and dispatch. The consignment is also stored in i2i for easy track and trace. With the new functionality, our users are now processing orders the same day with no backlog.
